• All scrapbook entries must be turned in to the Grand Associate Patron by July 22nd @ 5:00 P.M.
  • Scrapbooks must have a cover design on the outside front.

    • District Name and Number on Outside front

  • Must have a Table of Contents as first entry

    • Pages should be numbered and match table of contents.

  • OES colors are the only colors permissible as entry in the scrapbook.

    • Blue, Yellow, White, Green, Red

  • Book must contain “Total Service Hours.”
  • Book must contain new material each year.
  • Book must be creative and neat in appearance.
  • All entries must show OES participation.
  • The name of the chapter doing to activity should be listed with names of participants.
  • All entries must show OES participation
  • All information, descriptions and captions must be typed and neatly presented.
  • Scrapbook must be in (1) hardback cover.

  • Although glitter can be used as a part of the scrapbook, please be reminded that it must be covered with plastic or other materials to keep the glue from spreading all over the entry.
